Collaboration

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (Eph 4:11-13)

We recognize that we have a community of people with multiple giftings and experience. Therefore, we draw our leaders from within the community to form a cooperative and collaborative leadership team.

How Does it Look?

Collaboration plays an important role in our community at all levels of membership.

Collaboration takes place within the board meetings, on a pastoral staff level and as members become engaged and invested in who we are.
